The news that former Atrium mariner Richard Tomlin had succeeded in his appeal to a Disciplinary Tribunal over allegations of misconduct and bringing Lloyd’s into disrepute comes after a streak of eye-grabbing headlines over Lloyd’s disciplinary processes.

Most recently, there was the news that CFC’s top executives Dave Walsh and Graeme Newman were stepping down following a misconduct investigation into the MGA.
