Sompo Holdings is the latest global carrier to join the exodus from the Net-Zero Insurance Alliance (NZIA), casting further doubt on its future as remaining members explore options around whether to continue.

On the same day that founder members Axa and Allianz announced their departures, Sompo confirmed its withdrawal while reiterating its commitment to reduce emissions as a group.
