Amy Ing is an Innovation and Portfolio Solutions Underwriter at TMK. Amy started her career within the Accident and Health market, before moving into more innovation focused roles. Amy is an active member of the London Market innovation community through mentoring participants at the Lloyd’s Lab.
Bethany Greenwood is CEO of Beazley Furlonge Limited and Beazley’s Group Head of Specialty Risks.
Since joining Beazley in 2019, Bethany has held a number of senior positions including Head of Executive Risk and Head of Cyber & Executive Risk. Prior to Beazley she spent close two decades at Marsh.

Darren Jacobs
Senior Vice President, Director of Underwriting, Lloyd’s division, Allied World
Based in London, Darren Jacobs was appointed Senior Vice President, Director of Underwriting for Allied World’s Lloyd’s syndicates in 2022. In this role, he is responsible for strategic underwriting management and profitable growth of direct and facultative property and casualty business for Allied World Managing Agency Limited (AWMA).
David Croom-Johnson stepped down after a hugely successful career as the CEO of AEGIS London, one of the most profitable managing agencies in the Lloyd’s market over the past decade. In previous roles he was the Chief Underwriting Officer and Head of Casualty Underwriting.
He has chaired the LMA Marine Committee and the Joint Liability as well as being a member of the LMA Board.
Recently retired after a 40 year career as a broker in the London market. For most of his career he was involved in the energy sector, more specifically a deep focus in the power and renewable energy industry. Hamish built and lead teams around the world culminating as global CEO of the respective power and renewable energy business at both Aon and Marsh.
Ian joined Ascot in 2017 as Head of Casualty & Specialty, before being promoted to Executive Vice President and CUO, Casualty & Specialty in 2020 and CEO, Bermuda in 2021. He joined Ascot after almost a decade at Hiscox Re as Head of Casualty & Specialty, and before moving to Hiscox Re he worked at Catlin, heading the Healthcare and Professional Lines.
John was the principal founder of Lloyd’s newest managing agent, Lime Syndicate Management, which was sold to Somers Re (an Arch subsidiary) in July 2024. He now provides support and guidance to businesses looking to playing a role in the Lloyd’s and London market or seeking to grow and diversify their business through his company, Mustard Consulting Limited.
Karen is an experienced Exec and Non-Exec. She is currently an INED for the USAA SA and Chair of Risk Committee; Chair of GreenKite Associates; INED for Allied World Managing Agency and Chair of Risk Committee; INED Accelerant Insurance UK and Chair of Risk Committee. Loves the insurance world, people and art.
Kirat joined the industry in 1995 as a Credit Control Manager, and more recently moved into Operations as a Director of London Market Operations. She began her journey in Equity, Inclusion & Diversity in 1997 and is deeply passionate about inclusion, particularly social mobility, running various initiatives to ensure that people see the different roles that the insurance industry has to offer.
Currently CEO of the Managing General Agents Association, a position he has held since September 2020, Mike has crafted a successful and varied career in the industry. For the second year in a row, Mike has been included in the 2024 Insurance Business Global list.
Richard joined BMS in December 2024. In his role he is focussed on enhancing C-Suite engagement with BMS (re)insurer carriers and key strategic clients. Richard is involved in several charitable causes. These include serving as the current Chair of the Insurance United Against Dementia Board and as a trustee of the London Insurance Market Charitable Trust.
Suneeta has undertaken and managed a wide range of regulatory engagements for numerous insurance firms, holding senior positions within a number of these firms, previous roles include: Head of Group Compliance and Risk at Howden Broking Group, Head of Compliance for Amlin UK, Interim Head of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at XL Catlin, Interim Head of Compliance at Lloyd’s of London and more.
Suneeta has undertaken and managed a wide range of regulatory engagements for numerous insurance firms, holding senior positions within a number of these firms, previous roles include: Head of Group Compliance and Risk at Howden Broking Group, Head of Compliance for Amlin UK, Interim Head of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at XL Catlin, Interim Head of Compliance at Lloyd’s of London and more.
Terri brings 14 years of banking experience, with the last 9 years dedicated to specialising in insurance specialist banking. Her expertise ranges from capital structuring to supporting core banking products, including FX hedging and cash management services. Terri possesses a deep understanding of the insurance market and the capital products necessary for driving growth.
