Swiss Re Corporate Solutions has stuck a deal with Howden-owned MGA Dual to transfer its Genoa-based marine hull business to Dual Europe’s recently launched marine operation, this publication can reveal.

Under the terms of the deal, Swiss Re will provide capacity to Dual to service the business.
