Ryan Specialty’s renewable energy MGA PerSe is to launch a London-based international arm, headed by Stuart Burchell.

Burchell was previously CUO at GCube. Over the course of his career, he has worked for Parhelion, Ascot and Windsor Insurance Brokers.
