Compre has acquired two undisclosed portfolios of European casualty and motor liabilities from two international insurance groups.

The Bermuda-based legacy carrier has been granted approval by Bermudian and European regulators. Its Class 3B Bermudian reinsurer Pallas Reinsurance Company has been allowed to reinsure approximately EUR200mn ($218.95mn)
