Ark is moving to set up a new political violence and terrorism (PVT) account with four key hires from Talbot and Chaucer, this publication can reveal.

According to sources, the carrier has hired Ed Atkin, head of terrorism, political violence and war; Piers Harding, senior class underwriter; and George Wallace, class underwriter, all from Talbot.
