Standard & Poor’s (S&P) has upgraded the financial strength rating (FSR) of Lloyd’s from A+ to AA-, while its outlook for the market remains stable.

The move comes after several years of remedial work by the Corporation and is the realisation of a long-held ambition of its senior management team.
