Specialist Risk Group acquires CBC Partnership

Specialist Risk Group (SRG) has agreed to acquire London-based insurance intermediary CBC Partnership (CBC), subject to regulatory approval.

The deal was facilitated by BP Marsh’s agreeing to sell its majority stake in Paladin Holdings, the parent company of CBC.
