Our annual London Market Conference (LMC) kicked off with a poll asking the audience to describe the local insurance environment.

The two largest words that emerged in the word cloud imagery were “transforming” and “exciting” – with some smaller bubbles of pessimism, such as those who described it as undecided or slow.
