Bridge Specialty Group, the wholesale brokerage segment of Brown & Brown, has appointed Tim Coles to the new role of CEO for the European brokerage operations.

Coles was most recently CEO of Xenia Broking Group, part of Kentro Capital Limited, which was acquired in October.
