Tysers to pay $47mn to settle DoJ probe into Ecuadorian business

Tysers, a subsidiary of AUB Group Limited, has agreed to resolve an ongoing investigation by the US Department of Justice (DoJ), paying a fine of $46.689mn.

The DoJ had been investigating Integro Insurance Brokers Limited (now known as Tysers) and its employees in relation to its conduct of business in Ecuador between 2013 and 2017.
