Legacy carrier Darag’s German insurance carrier has completed a transaction with an undisclosed Benelux-based captive.

Darag Deutschland AG completed the transaction with the undisclosed captive to assume expired long-term liability insurance policies.

By way of novation, Darag will provide full legal, operational, and economic finality for the captive.
