The UK Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) is set to run a dynamic general insurance stress test in 2025.

According to the PRA, the test’s objective will be to assess the effectiveness of insurers’ risk management and management actions – and the industry's solvency and liquidity resilience – following an adverse scenario.
