Arch Insurance Bermuda’s president and CUO Tony Hay is to retire at the end of 2023 after more than 20 years with the company.

Hay has been president and CUO since 2018. Since then, the Bermuda insurance unit has tripled its premium, making it one of the largest insurers on the island.
