Acrisure acquires MGA Modus

Acrisure has acquired Modus Underwriting, a technology-driven MGA that provides traditional insurers with the technology to offer fully-automated e-traded insurance products.

As part of the transaction, Modus will become part of Acrisure UK MGA, which was relaunched earlier this year following the hiring of Nigel Palmer.
