Howden Tiger president Ronda added as defendant in GC court battle

A UK High Court judge has permitted the addition of Howden Tiger president Tim Ronda as a defendant in Guy Carpenter’s legal dispute over Howden’s hiring of 38 of the Marsh McLennan division’s staff.

Guy Carpenter was partially successful in its hearing today in having Ronda added to its suit, although the inclusion of two other executives – Salvatore Nicosia and Mario Baotic – was not permitted.
