UK government-backed reinsurance scheme Flood Re has appointed Bridget Rosewell as non-executive director and chair-designate, replacing Mark Hoban.

Rosewell currently holds a number of board positions, including non-executive chair for UK Infrastructure Bank, non-executive director of Northumbrian Water, and chair of both M6 Toll and the challenger bank Atom.
