Swiss Re has nominated current vice chairman and interim chair Jacques de Vaucleroy to continue leading its board of directors.

Vaucleroy became interim chair of the (re)insurer’s board after Sergio Ermotti’s resignation at the end of April following his appointment as CEO of UBS.
