Ermotti to step down from Swiss Re following UBS appointment

Sergio Ermotti is set to step down as Swiss Re chairman after the carrier’s annual general meeting (AGM), after he was appointed UBS CEO.

At the AGM on 12 April, Jacques de Vaucleroy is to stand for re-election as a board member and has been nominated by the board to become vice chairman and lead independent director.
