M&A and financial lines MGA Fusion Specialty Europe is launching a Southern Europe branch in Madrid, and has appointed Filippo Cibin as partner.

Cibin will be responsible for leading the expansion of Fusion into Southern Europe as part of its growth strategy across European insurance markets.
