LMG launches Futures Academy in ‘major’ talent drive

The London Market Group (LMG) has launched its Futures Academy, hosting 115 Year 12 students for two weeks to build the profile of specialty insurance as a "positive career choice among students" and, in the long term, shift the age profile of the London market.

Nearly 50 firms have signed up to host the students as they participate in collective activities designed to increase their knowledge of the industry.
