The UK Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) has written to chief actuaries at Lloyd’s managing agents and GI firms warning them to remain vigilant with regard to the impact of inflation on their reserves.

The regulator today provided feedback from its October 2022 thematic review, which focused on the impact of claims inflation on GI claims.
