Guy Carpenter has hired Howden’s Vincenzo Cacia as its next CEO of Italy, along with several key broking hires in the country.

Cacia will be based in Milan and oversee all broking activities across the country, reporting to interim Europe CEO Dorothée Mélis-Moutafis.
