Guy Carpenter is to acquire Israeli independent reinsurance broker Re Solutions, with Asaf Grinstein becoming CEO of Guy Carpenter Israel.

The transaction, for which financial terms were not disclosed, is expected to close later this quarter.

Grinstein, who is Re Solutions’ current CEO, will be responsible for leading all reinsurance business in Israel.
