Have the carriers that quit the Net-Zero Insurance Alliance (NZIA) merely capitulated to litigious antitrust threats from the US? Put simply, have they been bullied out of collaboration?

In the absence of any explanations from the vast majority of carriers that have jumped ship, including from Sompo, Axa and Allianz, these questions lingered over the rationale for the exodus, along with several others over the alliance's future.
