The Sustainable Markets Initiative (SMI), Howden and Resilient Cities Network (R-Cities) have teamed up to launch a talent-secondment programme to place five insurance professionals into the leadership teams of five cities for three to six months.

The Global Risk and Resilience Fellowship will explore how insurance can be incorporated into climate resilience solutions to support the resilience of cities.
