Two new aviation lawsuits have been lodged against insurers in the UK High Court.

Montgomery Aviation Limited and Rise Aviation Limited, along with EOS Aviation, have launched separate lawsuits against Convex Insurance and Cathedral Capital, comprising Lancashire Syndicates 2010 and 3010 and other Cathedral Capital entities.
