Helvetia to appoint NN Group’s Rupprecht as group CEO

Helvetia is to appoint Fabian Rupprecht as chairman of executive management and group CEO, subject to regulatory approval.

He will join as group CEO on 1 October, succeeding Philipp Gmür, who announced his departure last year after 30 years at the Helvetia Group.
