Lloyd’s updated war exclusions have been “consistently misrepresented” and stand to bring huge benefits to policyholders, according to James Burns, head of cyber strategy at CFC.

In a blog post published on LinkedIn, Burns wrote that new cyber exclusions clarify the existing position of insurers rather than add more to the list of excluded scenarios.
