Acrisure expansion continues with Unilink Group in central and eastern Europe

Expansive broker Acrisure has acquired Unilink Group, the largest insurance distributor in Central and Eastern Europe, for an undisclosed fee.

The acquisition brings with it 1,300 employees across Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Moldova.

Group CEO Igor Rusinowski and the current management team will continue to lead the business.
