Fears that US biometric legal rulings will send third-party cyber claims rocketing

London market carriers have raised major concerns about a series of landmark rulings relating to data collection and use in the US, with Mosaic’s head of cyber warning they could trigger class action lawsuits which could “make cyber coverage in effect uninsurable”.
