ICA calls for 10-year rolling funding programme for cat risk mitigation

The Insurance Council of Australia (ICA) is calling on the Australian government to continue funding its Disaster Ready Fund (DRF) for the next 10 years.

The DRF provides up to AUS$200mn ($133.72mn) annually to be invested in disaster mitigation for five years from the next financial year.
