Greenlight Re promotes Romer to CFO

Hedge fund reinsurer Greenlight Re has promoted Faramarz Romer, currently chief accounting officer and treasurer, to the role of chief financial officer (CFO).

The new role will be effective as of 1 April, and Romer will succeed Neil Greenspan, who is parting ways with reinsurer on 31 March.
