Firms will have ‘very good sense’ of regulatory changes this year: PRA’s Woods

The Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) is targeting the end of 2023 to provide firms with a “very good sense” of how the new regulatory regime will operate, according to CEO Sam Woods.

The PRA chief said the timeline would allow firms to formulate new investment plans, if they wish, as they look ahead to reforms of the Solvency II regulatory framework.
