Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) operating profits for 2022 have increased by 79% year on year, as nat cat losses eased and expense ratios improved.

Over the period, the division’s combined ratio improved by 2.6 points to 94.9%.

Group profit was up by 5.7% compared with last year, reaching EUR14.2bn
