FCA invites views on sustainability-related governance

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has opened the floor to an industry-wide dialogue on firms’ sustainability-related governance, incentives and competencies, in a discussion paper that will inform its regulatory approach.

The paper, published on 10 February, invites feedback on firms’ sustainability-related governance, incentives, and competencies, which the FCA said it will use in considering what the industry would find “most helpful” in this fast moving and evolving area.
