Aviation insurers fire back against DAE in court filings

The 11 insurers being sued in the High Court by Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) have filed their defences, arguing that no loss has occurred.

DAE sued its contingent war policy insurers for the full aggregate limit, worth $750mn, and in the event that claim is unsuccessful, it is also suing its all-risk insurers for $875.5mn.
