CyberCube raises $50mn in growth capital financing

Cyber risk analytics platform CyberCube has raised $50mn in growth capital from investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Tactical Value, bringing its total capital raised to date to over $100mn.

All existing investors participated in the round including Forgepoint Capital, Hudson Structured Capital Management (Bermuda), MTech Capital, and key investors from Stone Point Capital.
