MGA K2 Insurance Services is to be acquired by Warburg Pincus from Lee Equity Partners for an undisclosed sum.

Inside P&C revealed in August that K2 had begun work on a possible sale or refinance, with Lee Equity hiring Morgan Stanley to advise it on courses of action.
