 The Fidelis Partnership (TFP) has appointed Oliver Dlugosch group head of aviation.

 He joins Fidelis following almost two decades at Swiss Re, where he held several senior underwriting positions, most recently as head of aerospace at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.
