Florida Citizens is expecting its losses from Hurricane Nicole to total $62.5mn on a gross basis and $52mn on a net basis, according to CEO Barry Gilway.

The CEO emphasized that the estimate accounts for modeled losses and does not include litigation or inflationary pressures. Therefore, the estimate could fluctuate in the upcoming weeks as more information becomes available.
