Lloyd’s to pay some staff £2,500 cost-of-living bonus

Lloyd’s will provide staff who earn less than £75,000 ($86,138) a year a one-off payment of £2,500 to help support them through the cost-of-living crisis.

Because the Corporation will also be backdating any pay increases awarded in the next pay-review cycle, employees who were due a pay rise in April 2023 will now receive it in January.
