Dual Asia Pacific has appointed Michael Ussher as deputy CEO and Jane Cullen as chief information officer for the region.

Ussher joined Dual in 2006 as a senior underwriter, before being promoted to regional manager for Australia and New Zealand and later commercial manager for Asia Pacific.
