Brickell PC Insurance Holdings has backed calls from activist shareholders to remove William Spiegel as executive chairman of R&Q.

Yesterday, Phoenix Asset Management Partners penned an open letter to fellow R&Q shareholders, arguing that Spiegel is “not the right person to be leading the company”.
