Phoenix criticises Spiegel performance and calls for Randall’s return

Phoenix Asset Management Partners has penned an open letter to fellow Randall & Quilter (R&Q) shareholders in which it argues that R&Q executive director William Spiegel is “not the right person to be leading the company” and calls for a general meeting to propose the appointment of his replacement.
