Female leadership within Lloyd’s firms increases to 30%

The female proportion of people in leadership positions across Lloyd’s businesses has increased by one percentage point to 30% in the past year, according to the Corporation’s latest figures.

A latest version of the Lloyd’s culture dashboard revealed progress towards the market target of 35% female representation in leadership positions – including presence of boards and executive committees and direct reports to the latter.
