Insurance firms report 662 staff to FCA in 2020/21 over conduct

General insurance firms reported 662 employees to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) last year for breaking conduct rules, including just three senior managers, according to data accessed by the consultancy Sicsic Advisory.
