PIB set to acquire Spanish broker Confide

PIB Group is to further its European expansion with the acquisition of (re)insurance broker Confide.

The deal, subject to regulatory approval, come after PIB’s purchases of Spanish intermediaries Tractio in May and Cicor last year.
