Chubb hull exits continue as Dobisz and Buchan resign

Chubb marine hull underwriters Daniel Dobisz and Jack Buchan have resigned, following an earlier exit of the carrier’s head of hull James May at the end of May.

While the destination of the two underwriters has yet to emerge in the market, they have been linked with the possible start-up of an MGA.
